I cannot possibly be the only one with this dilemma.
The problem is – there is no place to have a nice relaxed conversation… Something less food and time-oriented than a restaurant, yet safer than a typical drunk patron filled bar…

Please do not let my lack of name, logo, or business website fool you into thinking that this is not a fully conceptualized idea... It is as much as can be - without the funds necessary for simple things like a lawyer to help legally lock in a name and location. I have a doozy of a name, very catchy. Then there are 9 other names for you to choose from in case you do not like my preferred name!
I would also like to add that this is something that has a deadline on it, as the fight over fracking has caused many communitites to start rethinking their current zoning laws. We need to get in NOW, so we can be "grandfathered" in before laws change.
I decided to give my personal page because I am fundamentally and principally selling myself as the spearhead and driving force behind this business. I would not be a stripper or dancer, but rather a hostess that will usher the newcomer to the area he or she desires. My shady upbringing and education in psycholoogy and human development allow me to identify and manipulate a person’s weaknesses and desires, quickly and easily. I am sorry if this sounds bad but it is true, and I am very honest.
Why not capitalize legally on this talent of mine, while helping usher in a new sexual era? My sweat equity partner is a younger, beautiful, and capable twenty-one year old woman: a dancer who is not the stereotypical addict but rather a woman who likes to be adored, and likes to dance on stage. She is a new kind of dancer, responsible and she definitely breaks the view of those who think strippers do not really want to strip, but because they have to.
Our modern facility will contain the following rooms: Vanilla Cafe (no nudity or explicit sexual items), Voyeur Section, Rental Dungeon, Rental Exhibition (banquet) Room, Members Only area. Photographic services provided. In the furthest section of the hostess corridor, near my desk, there will be popular sex items (that we buy for $5 and sell for $25) for couples to buy on their way out.
The Members Only section will be the all-inclusive strip club, where every member is guaranteed a minimum of 1 lap dance per visit (a $10,000 value for annual memberships). Instead of trying to explain with words, I have decided to make a temporary website to show a sample of what ours would look like, what we would offer. I would like to make a legally compliant place that is the prototype for a franchise that would be like Hooters – but more sex-themed and less food themed.
